If you have Lost a Set of Car Keys, please fill out this form and Submit it to us at Car Keys Lost and Found. If you are a Member and the Keys contain a Key ID Tag from American Key Recovery Service, please include the AKRS Member ID Number or VIP Member Number. We will advertise the Keys as LOST as well as post a picture of the Keys if it is on file with us. We will contact you when the Keys are found or if they are returned to us.

I am the owner of the above listed keys and agree to reimburse Car Keys Lost and Found any rewards and postage paid out up to $35 upon the return of the Keys. No monies are due unless the Keys are found and returned to the owner. I understand the $35 Fee includes up to a $25 Reward paid to the person returning the Keys and a $10 Service Fee to cover the expenses of Car Keys Lost and Found for mailing costs. Only the actual amount of the Reward paid out and costs will be charged. Car Keys Lost and Found does not charge any additional fees as this is a Public Service to assist you in locating your Keys and having them returned in the most effective way possible.
